A former nurse just launched Britain’s first-ever hospice, exclusive for canines.
– The hospice is said to be a canine’s dream come true.
– Before being put down, dogs are given some of the most likely items in a dog’s bucket list.
– It is funded personally by its founder, Nicola Coyle.
From a minimum budget of $500 per dog, 46-year-old Nicola Coyle, provides every dog in her hospice its wish. She calls it a canine’s bucket list. It started out as a small project for Coyle, which later on became her advocacy.
Coyle is a retired nurse, and she uses her own personal money to fund most of the dog’s bucket list – which include steak dinner, beach trips, and even a short food trip at a McDonald’s.
Apparently, these are a few of the things that most dogs would want to experience before dying. In her hospice, most of the dogs are scheduled to be put down, due to different reasons.
