Australia’s Royal Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals can no longer pursue charges against dog abuser.
– RSPCA can no longer continue with the charges that they initially filed against an animal abuser.
– Haris Ljuhar will have all his animal cruelty charges dropped IMMEDIATELY.
– This is amidst all the strong evidences against Haris Ljuhar.
With a whopping 81 dogs and 10 cats in total, which were all rescued in his Goondiwindi property in 2017. ALL animals under Ljuhar’s custody were in great distress and in poor health that needed immediate medical attention after being rescued.
